These are the simple rules for working with Better Business Kings, a sole proprietorship run by Bryan Erickson in California. We work remotely with small businesses anywhere in the US.

What we do

We provide remote services to help small businesses anywhere in the US look great online, custom print items made after you approve and pay, digital PDFs, and help choosing tech and supplies that ship from third-party suppliers. Each job's details are in the quote you approve.

General information only

Our guides, PDFs, and advice are general information. They are not legal, tax, or accounting advice. For those, talk to a licensed professional.

No guaranteed results

We do honest, careful work, but we can't promise specific results, such as Google rankings, review counts, sales, or customers. Google, Yelp, Facebook, and other platforms make their own rules and can change them.

Your content

You own your business name, logo, photos, and content. Once you've paid, you own the finished work we make for you. You confirm you have the right to any content you send us.

Accounts and access

When setup requires an account in your name, it stays yours. Give us only the access a job needs, and you can remove it when we're done.

Third-party products

Items from suppliers are covered by the supplier's own warranty and return policy. See our Refund Policy.

Affiliate links

Some gear links may be affiliate links; we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We recommend what fits your needs and budget, not what pays us most.

Honest reviews only

We never write or buy fake reviews, and we won't do work meant to mislead customers.

First-order discount (WELCOME10)

New customers can get 10% off their first order with code WELCOME10. One use per customer. Applies to services and PDFs. Not valid on custom print items, supplier gear, or monthly plans. Can't be combined with bundle savings.

Tips and give-back

Tips support Better Business Kings, a small business, not a charity, and are not tax-deductible. Our give-back (10% of tips) is provided as free services to struggling small businesses, not cash, at BBKing's discretion, and is tracked and reported.
